  • You do not need to remove them to shower. You can actually bath, swim, and exercise, all with your waist beads remaining tied on. The cotton thread that's used dries quickly after becoming wet.
  • Do you have a lot of extra beads and string? Create a matching set for yourself! Get crafty and tie on a bracelet or anklet with your extra string of beads!
  • If you want to be able to remove your tie on waist beads, you should tie them on lower, closer to the hip, so that you will have enough wiggle room to remove them overhead.
